This summer, ROKA continues its global growth with the return of its most in-demand seasonal locations alongside new openings, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the brand’s evolution, the expansion is across key summer destinations, returning to Bodrum, Santorini and Mallorca.

The highly anticipated return to Europe’s most coveted summer destinations sets the tone for the season, as Santorini, Bodrum and Mallorca reopen. This reinforces ROKA’s strategic presence across the Mediterranean and further strengthens its position within some of the world’s leading resort destinations.
The season also celebrates the launch of ROKA Mykonos, introducing a new dimension for the group and setting the tone for an elevated summer presence.
In Mykonos, ROKA raises the tempo with the debut of ROKA Mykonos, a bold and beautifully considered evolution of the iconic concept. Opening on Paraga Beach this summer, the landmark destination introduces a new dimension to ROKA and marks a significant step forward in its international growth. It brings together the brand’s signature contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine with a dynamic day-to-night setting that flows effortlessly from poolside lounging to beachfront energy and after-dark dining, all set against panoramic views of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea.
“Mykonos has established itself as one of the most compelling summer destinations globally, where energy, setting and hospitality come together in a truly unique way. Following the continued success of Zuma on the island, it felt like the right moment to introduce ROKA in a new format.
This opening marks an important step in the evolution of ROKA. It’s no longer just about the restaurant, it’s about creating a full experience that shifts throughout the day, blending food, music and atmosphere into something more immersive and culturally relevant, while still feeling natural to the island and true to ROKA,” says Sven Koch, CEO of Azumi Ltd.
In Santorini, the ROKA pop-up returns to the luxurious Cavo Tagoo hotel on 15th May. Set within a clifftop location, with sweeping views of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea, it provides a striking backdrop for long lunches and sunset dinners suspended above the water, reaffirming ROKA’s presence in one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic and enduring destinations.
ROKA Bodrum returns for its second season on 20th May, set within the prestigious Mandarin Oriental resort. This intimate dinner setting is centred around the open-air robata, where glowing flames, fresh sea breeze and the gentle rhythm of the coastline combine to create a uniquely magnetic atmosphere, continuing ROKA’s presence within one of the region’s most established luxury resort destinations.
ROKA’s Mallorca pop-up returns for its fifth year at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel on 19th June. Tucked within a secluded valley of olive trees, the stunning alfresco setting is framed by nature, where ROKA’s signature robatayaki, inventive cocktails and the subtle sounds of resident DJs carry through long, balmy evenings, further cementing the brand’s place within Europe’s key seasonal resort landscape.
At the end of the summer, ROKA returns to Dubai with a new opening at Six Senses, The Palm. A second and exciting new address in the city, this launch reflects a notable evolution of ROKA’s footprint in the region and underscores its continued growth in the Middle East, where its signature robatayaki is reimagined with an alluring energy, delivering a more elevated and immersive dining experience.
