Accessible Hospitality Alliance (aha) exists to help hospitality organisations advance accessibility beyond compliance an recognise it as an investment in both business performance and human capital.
By bringing together hospitality operators, people with lived experience of barriers to hospitality, and service partners, aha creates opportunities for collaboration, learning and meaningful progress across the sector.

We Convene
aha brings hospitality operators, people with lived experience of barriers to hospitality, and service partners together for focused and constructive dialogue.
By bringing the right people into the same room, shared experiences become collaborative action.
Through practical discussion and knowledge exchange, aha helps organisations explore:
- What is changing?
- What is working?
- What is emerging?
The result is a community committed to driving positive change and improving accessibility across hospitality.
Forums
aha Forums are where the work becomes personal and practical.
Three forums have taken place in London, and one in Malta. Each has brought operators, people with lived experience of barriers to hospitality, and service partners into the same room to exchange experiences directly.
The value is in being in the room.
aha Forums create the space where insight becomes relationship, and relationship becomes action.
