SevenStay Group has unveiled a new short-term accommodation offering at its flagship aparthotel, Seven Stay Plus @ 60 Old Hall Street, in Liverpool’s commercial district.
The development has been designed to cater specifically for guests requiring stays of one, two or three months, targeting corporate travellers, contractors, relocated employees and digital nomads seeking flexible accommodation in the city centre.
Located in Liverpool’s business quarter, 60 Old Hall Street is the third property in the SevenStay portfolio and has transformed a building that had remained vacant for six years.
The newly refurbished property comprises 44 fully serviced apartments and aims to provide an alternative to both traditional hotels and longer-term rental arrangements.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space, full-fibre Wi-Fi and, on upper floors, private balconies overlooking Liverpool and the River Mersey. Guests also have access to a virtual front desk, concierge services and a basement gym, which is due to open shortly.
The concept has been developed to offer greater flexibility for individuals working on short-term assignments or transitioning to life in Liverpool, removing the need for lengthy tenancy agreements or utility arrangements.
Commenting on the launch, Andy Shields, Owner of SevenStay Group, said: “With 60 Old Hall Street, we wanted to bridge the massive gap between brief weekend stays and restrictive 12-month tenancies. The launch reflects growing demand for flexible accommodation solutions as more professionals seek alternatives to traditional hotel stays and long-term rental commitments.
