Paris Society has continued its international expansion with the openings of Maison Revka and Gigi Rigolatto at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum.

Maison Revka opened on 7 May, while Gigi Rigolatto launched on 11 June.
Bringing together two of the group’s most distinctive concepts within one of the Turkish Riviera’s most recognised resorts, the dual opening marks a defining moment in Paris Society’s global trajectory.
From Paris and Saint-Tropez to Dubai, Rome and the recent Miami Beach debut, Gigi Rigolatto has established itself across a network of landmark destinations and now extends to Bodrum.
Maison Revka, rooted in Paris, Saint-Tropez and Dubai, continues a parallel journey, arriving in Bodrum as the latest expression of the brand’s international presence.
Set along the Aegean, the openings reflect Paris Society’s ambition to create destination-led experiences where gastronomy, design and culture converge.
Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum provides the backdrop, framed by sea and hillside within one of the Turkish Riviera’s most exclusive enclaves.
Together, Maison Revka and Gigi Rigolatto establish the resort as a new reference point for elevated dining and lifestyle on the coast, balancing refined culinary experiences with a relaxed, contemporary rhythm.
Maison Revka marks its regional debut in collaboration with Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum.

Known for its blend of French elegance and Slavic heritage, the concept introduces a refined yet warm dining experience to the destination.
“Maison Revka is about creating moments people remember,” said Rizwan Kassim, CEO of Paris Society.
“From Paris, Saint-Tropez to Dubai and now Bodrum, we pay close attention to what guests are looking for, what sparks their curiosity, and how they connect over food, culture, and atmosphere.
“This opening is a deliberate step in our global vision, extending Maison Revka’s heritage while shaping the next chapter of international dining.”
Set against the Aegean Sea, Maison Revka offers a setting for long lunches, sunset cocktails and dinners.
Its terrace overlooks the coastline, surrounded by landscaped gardens and private beachfront, creating a seaside atmosphere shaped by refinement and warmth.
The culinary offer reinterprets Slavic traditions through a French lens.
Shareable dishes include smoked salmon, caviar-topped specialities and pavlova.
Signature cocktails, including the Matrioshka, are complemented by seasonal creations crafted exclusively for Bodrum.
Rooted in storytelling, Maison Revka draws inspiration from a Parisian residence belonging to a Slavic bourgeois family, reimagined across global destinations through craftsmanship, heritage and cultural immersion.
Gigi Rigolatto returned to Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum following its 2025 seasonal debut.
“Bodrum marked Gigi’s first entry as a seasonal destination, building on the success of our permanent locations globally,” said Kassim.
“The response last summer confirmed its relevance in this market, and our return reflects a long-term commitment to the destination.
“As Gigi continues to expand internationally, each opening strengthens its position as a globally recognised lifestyle brand, with Bodrum playing a key role in that evolution.”
Set on a private beach, Gigi Bodrum channels the spirit of la dolce vita through sun-drenched days, relaxed elegance and a vibrant summer atmosphere.
Designed by architect Hugo Toro as an Italian beach house, the space blends refined detail with an easy, welcoming sensibility.

From its restaurant with sea views to the poolside Bellini Bar, private cabanas and beach areas, the concept has been curated as a seamless summer lifestyle experience.
The menu, led by Executive Chef Daniele Di Lella, celebrates Italian cuisine through simplicity and quality ingredients.
Dishes include Linguine alle Vongole, Arancini al Tartufo and Vitello Tonnato.
Desserts such as tiramisù and Gelato al Pistacchio complete the offer, alongside cocktails including the Bellini, Limoncello Spritz and Capri Fizz.
Beyond dining, Gigi Bodrum extends into a curated boutique experience.
The concept store features a selection of international brands and hand-picked items, from beachwear, swimwear and accessories to home décor, beauty essentials and jewellery.
Each element reflects Gigi’s distinct aesthetic and strengthens the venue’s role as a lifestyle destination within Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum.
