The long-term agreement will focus on enhancing the overall visitor experience through improved catering operations, locally inspired menus, premium hospitality offerings and more efficient service throughout the 30,000-capacity venue.

As part of the partnership, OVG Hospitality will assume responsibility for all hospitality operations at the stadium and work closely with the club to develop and deliver a refreshed food and beverage strategy for both matchdays and non-matchday events.

The initiative forms part of Stoke City’s wider plans to invest in its hospitality infrastructure and create more memorable experiences for supporters, guests and event attendees.

Simon King, Chief Operating Officer at Stoke City, said: “OVG has a proven track record of transforming hospitality, food-and-drink and service at major football venues over the long-term.

“We are excited to bring that expertise to our club and venue, helping us develop our offering as we seek to create increasingly memorable, modern experiences that reflect the Club and its community.

“For us, OVG provide the perfect balance between combining their global scale with a deep understanding of the sense of local pride that is required to provide a thriving and successful food and drink operation.

“They come on board at an exciting time during which we are actively planning for significant investment into our catering areas over the coming years.

“Although this can’t happen overnight, we are also confident that more incremental changes can be made to start to improve fan and customer experiences right from the start of the 2026/27 season.”

OVG Hospitality will draw upon its experience operating across major sports and entertainment venues in both the UK and North America.

The company currently manages hospitality and food and beverage operations at several high-profile venues, including Co-op Live in Manchester, while also operating a joint venture with City Football Group at the Etihad Stadium. OVG additionally oversees hospitality services at Leicester City and Southampton.

Katie Harel, Managing Director of OVG Hospitality, said: “We are incredibly proud to be a true partner to Stoke City Football Club. This is an important collaboration for OVG and we are committed to delivering consistently world-class experiences at the bet365 Stadium, on matchdays and beyond.”

The partnership further strengthens OVG’s growing presence across the UK sports and entertainment sector as demand continues to increase for premium hospitality experiences, enhanced food and beverage offerings and fan-focused venue operations.
