Dough Hands has gone large and stepped into the XL slice game with a new permanent residency at All My Friends in Hackney Wick. Serving 20-inch pies and slices, the team has drawn up a fresh new menu – built around the bold flavour combinations Dough Hands is known for. Having cultivated a cult reputation in London, this marks the next chapter for Dough Hands as it expands its presence further into East London.
Behind the magic of Dough Hands is chef Hannah Drye, who has been slinging pizza since 2020. Over time, she’s developed a clear style: confident, well-balanced flavour combinations layered onto a crust that’s crisp yet feather-light. Following the continued success of The Spurstowe Arms and the well-loved residency at Old Nun’s Head, Dough Hands has brought 20-inch pies to a fresh space. Available whole or by the slice, the new menu is designed for sharing and giving guests the chance to try a range of flavour combos.
Known for their creative toppings, Dough Hands pizzas are unified by one constant: BIG flavour. Their signature pizza dough remains central to everything: made using regenerative flour from Shipton Mill and Wild Farmed for a light, crispy base. Alongside classics such as Cheese & Pepperoni Pies, highlights at All My Friends include:

Founder and Head Chef Hannah Drye says, “we’re very excited to step into the slice game, it also gives us a chance to expand the menu which means working on throwing some fun new toppings together. I also love All My Friends as a venue, I’ve had some really fun nights there, and it’s an unreal summer spot which is perfect timing!”
At All My Friends, Dough Hands has taken over the kitchen in the Shipping Container, serving up pizza across the 240 cover space. Whether stopping by for a slice or settling in for a whole pie, it promises crispy, saucy, and sexy pizzas. There are no food bookings, but tables can be reserved through All My Friends’ website.
