Zinglet, the British hot chicken brand by the founders of Caprinos, is excited to open its debut UK site in Birkenhead, located at 36 Conway St., CH41 6JD.
Zinglet is a brand-new concept by Khalil Rehman and Gul Nawaz, the co-founders of Caprinos Pizza – an award-winning and fast-growing franchised takeaway pizza brand. After starting Caprinos in 2015, the pair have scaled the brand through franchising to over 120 global locations, including more than 110 in the UK, with a reputation for innovative flavour combinations at affordable prices.
Zinglet has been created to provide unique flavour experiences to consumers across the UK. The new 40-seater quick-service restaurant – perfect as a destination for family dining or date nights – will serve a carefully crafted and fully Halal menu of hot chicken, juicy chicken wings, and buttermilk fried chicken. All chicken is hand-breaded using a unique blend of herbs and spices and is only ever made-to-order, while sauces and rubs have been developed in-house using exclusive recipes.
Alongside a range of main menu items, Zinglet will also serve a range of sides including loaded fries, buttermilk onion rings and thick milkshakes.
The opening of its first location in Birkenhead builds on the successful launch of Caprinos Birkenhead, which opened its doors in November and has been met by strong local demand. Over the coming weeks, Zinglet will look to replicate its success in Birkenhead and use this to fuel expansion momentum an additional store in Macclesfield scheduled to open within the next month.
