Mandarin Oriental has unveiled the latest chapter of its Fan Campaign, featuring pianist Yuja Wang and DJ, producer and KNTXT founder Charlotte de Witte.

Pianist Yuja Wang

The campaign, which has been running for more than 25 years, focuses on individuals from the worlds of culture, sport and entertainment whose work reflects the hospitality group’s emphasis on craft and personalisation.

The latest instalment was filmed at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum and explores the preparation and recovery routines used by Wang and de Witte around their respective performances.

Wang is a Grammy Award-winning concert pianist who performs internationally with orchestras and conductors, while Belgian artist de Witte has established an international career within electronic music alongside her KNTXT label.

Laurent Kleitman, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental, said: “For more than 25 years, our Fan Campaign has celebrated individuals who represent the very highest standards in their profession.

“Yuja Wang and Charlotte de Witte have each shaped their respective fields through extraordinary talent, relentless dedication and an uncompromising commitment to mastering their craft.

“While every journey is unique, what unites exceptional people is the importance of personalised care behind every great performance.

“Understanding those individual needs and creating experiences around them has always been central to Mandarin Oriental.

“This campaign beautifully reflects our belief that true luxury is found in time, care and personal connection.”

The campaign has also been used to create two new guest experiences inspired by the artists’ personal routines.

Developed with de Witte, In-Room Dining: At Full Volume is focused on late-night dining for guests returning after evenings out, performances or travel.

The experience is available at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai; Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris; Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong; Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo; Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam; Mandarin Oriental, Milan; and Mandarin Oriental, New York.

Its menu has been designed around de Witte’s post-performance routine following extended DJ sets, with dishes intended to provide a substantial late-night food option for guests.

A second experience, Intelligent Movement: At Full Volume, has been developed with Wang and is available across Mandarin Oriental hotels worldwide.

The wellness treatment reflects the physical demands associated with professional piano performance, concentrating on the hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders and spine.

It also incorporates facial treatments and techniques intended to support mobility, circulation and recovery.

The new campaign continues Mandarin Oriental’s longstanding use of the fan as a central part of its visual identity.

Individual Mandarin Oriental hotels also have their own fans created to reflect their destinations, while the wider Fan Campaign has featured recognised figures from culture, entertainment, fashion and sport during its history.

Mandarin Oriental currently operates 46 hotels, 15 residences and 39 private homes across 29 countries and territories, with further projects under development.

The Yuja Wang and Charlotte de Witte campaign launched globally across Mandarin Oriental’s digital channels, social media and hotel portfolio from 4 August 2026.
