Hannah brings more than two decades of hospitality experience to the role, alongside a track record of delivering commercial success while maintaining a people-first approach to sales and client relationships.

She began her hospitality career at the age of 16 as a banqueting waitress and has since worked across multiple areas of the industry, from event coordination and sales support to leading multi-property commercial strategies across the UK.

Most recently, Hannah held the position of Area Director of Sales – North with Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, where she was responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of hotels throughout the North of England.

Known for building long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities and motivating teams to exceed expectations, she has consistently delivered strong commercial results in competitive markets.

Her approach is built around the belief that “people buy from people”, with her career spanning work with global corporate accounts, government contracts, local businesses and event organisers.

In her new role, Hannah will lead Lighthouse Hotel Management’s UK and Europe sales strategy, supporting the company’s growth plans while strengthening relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.

The appointment comes as Lighthouse Hotel Management continues to develop its portfolio, with forthcoming hotel openings including Hotel Alexandra Rome Vignette Collection, Kimpton Turks & Caicos and InterContinental Turks & Caicos.

These follow the recent opening of Hotel Indigo Grace Bay Turks & Caicos in March 2026.

Commenting on her appointment, Hannah said: “Joining Lighthouse feels like the perfect next chapter. Hospitality has given me an incredible career, lifelong friendships, and more stories than I could ever count. What has never changed is my belief that this industry is ultimately about people.

“The opportunity to join a business with such exciting ambitions, a strong reputation, and a genuine passion for hospitality was one I couldn’t ignore. I’m excited to get started, build on the fantastic foundations already in place, and help drive the next stage of growth.”

When she is not focused on hotels, strategy or sales, Hannah can usually be found planning her next travel adventure, discovering food and wine, or spending time with family, friends and her German Shorthaired Pointer, Theo.

Her appointment strengthens Lighthouse Hotel Management’s commercial leadership as the business continues to expand its portfolio and develop relationships across the UK, Europe and wider international markets.
