Fairmont St Andrews is delighted to announce the appointment of Janette Napier as Director of Sales, MICE. Bringing more than 35 years of industry experience, Janette joins the resort with extensive commercial expertise and strategic leadership across luxury hospitality, golf tourism, corporate business and the international meetings and incentives market.

Throughout her career, Janette has held senior commercial positions at some of the UK’s most prestigious hotel brands and destinations, including Gleneagles, where she developed significant expertise in luxury guest engagement and high-profile programme delivery, as well as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where she gained valuable experience within one of the world’s leading hospitality brands.
In her new role at Fairmont St Andrews, Janette will focus exclusively on driving growth across the resort’s MICE business and international meetings and events markets. She will oversee key client relationships, develop strategic partnerships and represent the resort at major trade shows and industry events both within the UK and internationally.
