The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey uses 26 questions, covering WorkL’s six key drivers of employee engagement, including reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing. The responses from employees are then formulated and analysed to create the official rankings.
