Castlebridge Hospitality has announced the appointment of Joe Davidovitz as General Manager and James Watson as Hotel Operations Manager at voco Winchester Hotel & Spa.
The appointments strengthen the leadership team at one of the company’s key properties and support Castlebridge Hospitality’s continued growth across its managed hotel portfolio.
Davidovitz brings 15 years of experience with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). He joined voco Winchester Hotel & Spa in October 2023 as Operations Manager and has progressed through a series of leadership roles during his time with Castlebridge Hospitality. Following his appointment as Hotel Manager in January 2025, he has now been promoted to General Manager.
Watson joins the company with 12 years of hospitality experience gained across a range of operational roles with Marriott Hotels. His background includes conference and banqueting, leisure operations and food and beverage management. He joined voco Winchester Hotel & Spa in February 2026.
Commenting on his appointment, Joe Davidovitz said: “It is a privilege to step into this role and lead such a dedicated and talented team. My focus with James will be on driving the hotel forward commercially while continuing to elevate the guest experience.
