Searcys has relaunched its venue sourcing business, The Collection Events, as The Collection Events by Searcys, bringing its venue finding and central sales operations together under a single proposition.

Searcys Relaunches Venue Sourcing Business as The Collection Events by Searcys

The move will see the business support both Searcys key accounts and existing Collection Events clients with venue sourcing across London and the wider UK.

Clients will be able to consider venues within Searcys and the wider WSH portfolio alongside properties elsewhere in the hospitality and events market, with a dedicated account manager overseeing the process.

The service will cover venues ranging from historic spaces to contemporary event locations, with recommendations developed around individual client briefs.

The Collection Events by Searcys will also expand its geographical reach, with Europe identified as an area of growth from 2027.

Searcys said the relaunch reflects increasing demand from organisations seeking support with events across multiple locations and markets.

The business will draw on Searcys’ venue network and almost 180 years of hospitality and events experience, alongside relationships with external venues and suppliers.

Holly Davies, Head of Sales at The Collection Events, said: “Our clients are increasingly looking for support that goes beyond finding a single venue. They need trusted advice, access to a broad range of options and one person who understands their brief and can help them navigate the large number of venues we have in the UK.

“Bringing the business under the Searcys name gives us the opportunity to offer that service at greater scale, while retaining the relationships and industry expertise that our clients value.”

Rebecca Hawkes, Director of Sales at Searcys, said: “Bringing Searcys’ central sales team and The Collection Events together under one brand gives us a much stronger proposition for both clients and venue partners.

“Most importantly, it means we can offer clients everything they need through one dedicated point of contact. Each client has individual Account Management throughout the process, from understanding the initial brief to sourcing and recommending the perfect venues. This allows us to build stronger relationships, provide a more consistent service and make venue sourcing much simpler for our clients.”

The team will also work with Searcys Events as its preferred external caterer, alongside production companies and venue partners, to support events from the initial brief through to delivery.

The relaunch is accompanied by a refreshed visual identity, updated website and campaign introducing the expanded offer to clients and venue partners.
