Incipio Group is set to open Juno at Olympia on 16 October, creating what it describes as the UK’s largest Italian restaurant.
Located within Olympia’s Grade II-listed National Hall, the restaurant will span more than 11,500 sq ft and accommodate up to 265 seated diners, with capacity for 500 guests across the wider venue.
Juno will open daily from midday until 11pm, combining Italian food and drink with live entertainment designed to take the venue from lunch through to the evening.
At full capacity, the restaurant will employ a team of 50.
The menu will follow the traditional structure of an Italian meal, spanning Aperitivo, Contorni, Spuntino and Antipasti through to pasta-led Primi Piatti and larger Secondi Piatti.
Dishes will include Tomato and Mozzarella Paccheri, Crab Linguine with hand-picked crab, chilli and vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, and Osso Buco alla Milanese with saffron risotto and gremolata.
A dedicated Pizza Napoletana counter will seat ten guests, with three pizza chefs preparing dishes in front of diners.
Dough will be made in-house before being hand-stretched and topped at the counter.
Pizzas will be cooked in a Zanolli AVGSTO electric oven capable of producing up to 300 Neapolitan pizzas an hour.
Desserts will include Tiramisù, Lemon Delizia with lemon cheesecake, lemon gelato and torched Italian meringue, and a Gelato Tower comprising pistachio soft-serve, chopped nuts and extra virgin olive oil.
The restaurant has been designed around the scale and existing architecture of the National Hall while creating a series of individual spaces within the venue.
Original windows, pillars, mirrors and timber wall features have been retained, alongside the marble and tiled flooring in the entrance foyer.
Bespoke banquettes, timber finishes and a hand-laid marble mosaic have been incorporated into the new interior, while a two-metre-wide infinity light will sit behind the main bar.
Entertainment will form a central part of the concept, with a dedicated stage and DJ booth hosting live music, DJ sets and other events, particularly at weekends.

Juno forms part of Incipio Group’s expanding presence at Olympia following the wider £1.3bn redevelopment of the historic West London destination.
The redevelopment is introducing new restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues and public spaces across the Olympia estate.
Juno will open to the public on Friday 16 October 2026.
