Mour is a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant opening this June on Seymour Street in Marylebone. Developed by The Leonard Hotel in collaboration with Emerald Hospitality Group – one of the UK’s fastest growing hospitality groups, Mour will be a welcome new spot for locals and destination diners alike.

Set within a reimagined Georgian townhouse and with an individual entrance on Seymour Street, Mour will be an intimate 60-seater restaurant including a 20-seater sun-lit courtyard open all year round courtesy of its retractable roof.
Designed for both relaxed daytime dining and a more elevated evening experience, the menu will follow the seasons and be built around British produce cooked with Mediterranean flair. Dishes will be ingredient-led and designed to be shared – focusing on responsibly sourced meats and fish, freshly made pastas, and seasonal vegetables.
With double-height ceilings throughout, a bar with counter seating will anchor the dining room, creating a social hub. Here, signature martini-led cocktails and a well-balanced Mediterranean-leaning wine list will be the order of the day.
Designed with Marta Gaset Studio, the interior will honour the property’s British heritage while introducing a contemporary edge. Inside, open fireplaces, libraries and curated artwork, tapestries and artefacts will sit alongside clean lines, marble accents and considered fabrics giving the feeling of an elevated, well-loved home. Step outside, and the courtyard will transport you somewhere closer to Tuscany: a calm retreat in the middle of busy Marylebone.
For Saachi Sehgal, the restaurant is a deeply personal project. He and his sister, Sienna, grew up spending time at their family-run Leonard Hotel next door, and that sense of ease and belonging became the blueprint; a space where the setting feels considered, but never formal – a genuine home away from home.
The name Mour is a subtle nod to its home on Seymour Street, whilst also encapsulating the warm and generous ethos of the restaurant – “a place to celebrate ‘the more’ in life”, says Saachi, “the longer lunches, the second bottle, the conversations that spill into the evening”.
The result is something that Marylebone has been missing: an all-day dining destination that moves with the rhythm of the neighbourhood from morning through to late evening. Mour will mark a new chapter for The Leonard – reimagining a long-standing Marylebone address through a contemporary lens.
