The aha forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks in full flow at Scale Space in White City, November 2025

The aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks, taking place on Tuesday 9 June 2026 at Barings, 20 Old Bailey in the City of London, has now reached full capacity.

All places have been allocated ahead of schedule, with attendance confirmed from a cross-section of hospitality operators, including Access Champions representing Accessible Hospitality Alliance member organisations.

The forum returns to London following its recent international expansion into Malta, where alignment across government, industry, and finance reinforced accessibility as a driver of growth within modern hospitality. That direction now continues in London.

The June forum will once again bring together those shaping how hospitality operates, through shared experience, discussion, and reflection. As with previous gatherings, the structure centres on lived experience, creating space for open dialogue and practical insight to be carried back into businesses.

Reaching capacity less than three weeks after opening reflects something more than demand for an event. It points to a shift already underway across the sector.

While no further places are available for this forum, the work it represents continues beyond the room.

Details of the next aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks taking place on 4 November 2026 in London will be announced soon. If you are interested in attending the next forum please register your interest here.
