Hiddenwell is to open a new destination spa resort at Ardencote Manor in Warwickshire in early 2027 following a £25 million investment.

Set across 83 acres of countryside near Stratford-upon-Avon, the property will become the third UK destination within the Hiddenwell collection, joining Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire and Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire.
The transformation will introduce an expanded indoor and outdoor spa alongside 68 bedrooms, including hot tub suites, three restaurants and three bars.
The estate overlooks a three-acre lake and will include an extensive Spa Garden with four vitality pools, cold therapy facilities, saunas and outdoor relaxation areas.
Among the new facilities will be a real-snow experience created using snow cannons as part of the resort’s cold therapy offer.
A bespoke Rainpool will accommodate up to 20 guests within an enclosed warm-water pool, combining simulated rainfall with LED projections.
The spa will also include a dedicated magnesium pool alongside a range of sauna and steam facilities, including juniper and Himalayan salt saunas and a purpose-built theatre sauna.
Treatment facilities will comprise 31 treatment rooms alongside three additional rooms dedicated to touchless wellness experiences.
These will include sound therapy focused on meditation, sleep and relaxation, salt flotation and capsule-style chronotherapy using targeted light.
The wider spa programme will combine hands-on treatments with guided relaxation, thermal experiences and touchless wellness.
Guests will be able to visit for spa days and evening sessions as well as overnight stays.
The resort’s three restaurants and three bars will provide the food and beverage offer across the property, while the 68 bedrooms will support longer spa and countryside stays.
The £25 million transformation represents Hiddenwell’s largest investment to date and will establish Ardencote Manor as the collection’s first Warwickshire destination when it opens in early 2027.
