HotelPartner, the leading European revenue management and distribution services provider, has confirmed it will continue its partnership with the Accessible Hospitality Alliance (aha) through 2026.

The decision follows the organisation’s strong engagement at both The aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks events held in June and November 2025.
Robert Holland, Managing Director UK & Ireland at HotelPartner, said: “These events, in a short space of time, have formed a community of changemakers, people and organisations that act.
“Many who attended the first forum returned less than five months later having already made significant cultural shifts through appointing Access Champions. These are operators who are already market leaders, continuing to lead our industry forward.
“I look forward to HotelPartner continuing as part of a movement that inspires and delivers measurable change.”

Robin Sheppard, Chair and Co-Founder of Accessible Hospitality Alliance, welcomed the continued partnership saying: “We remain deeply grateful to the people and organisations that understood what we set out to do from the very beginning. Robert and HotelPartner were among the first to join us. Alongside many other partners, we are bringing together likeminded changemakers who share and act on our purpose: creating a hospitality world that welcomes everyone.
“Perfect accessibility is not possible but welcoming everyone is. Meaningful change comes from embracing ideas and acting, one step at a time. Many operators are now beginning their accessibility journey or embedding accessible culture more deeply, and all are welcome to join us.”
Accessible Hospitality Alliance will announce details of The aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks 2026 events, alongside additional new events for 2026 in the coming weeks.
