The Accessible Hospitality Alliance (aha) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Maley to its Advisory Board, bringing a global perspective shaped by decades of design and commercial leadership in the worlds of healthcare and hospitality.

Maley began his career in the design and manufacture of orthotics and prosthetics for children, a formative experience that instilled a lifelong commitment to understanding disability not just through data, but through lived experience. The belief that understanding is the first step to removing stigma, has guided him across a career that spans continents and some of the world’s largest hospitality and healthcare organisations.
