Located at Stamford Bridge and around five minutes’ walk from Fulham Broadway Station, the property is designed for leisure, business and matchday guests alongside longer stays.

Guestrooms are being progressively refurbished, with the transformation scheduled for completion in spring 2027.

Accommodation includes One of a Kind double rooms, Side by Side twin rooms, One of a Kind Plus rooms and One of a Kind with Sofa Bed, which can accommodate two adults and two children.

The hotel’s communal areas include 55 Bar & Dining, serving British dishes incorporating international influences.

Menu items include Super Spud, Bangers & Mash with Kimchi Sauce and Sticky Toffee Pudding with Miso Caramel.

The drinks offer includes cocktails, natural wines, craft beers and low and no-alcohol options.

A programme of activities is also planned throughout the year, including Wine Down Wednesdays, weekend brunches on non-matchdays, Meet the Maker sessions and food and wellbeing workshops.

Matchdays will see the food and beverage operation adapt to increased demand, while the hotel also aims to attract residents from the wider Chelsea and Fulham neighbourhoods outside football fixtures.
