Savore, a member of Accessible Hospitality Alliance, has appointed Jules Domanski, ESG & Partnerships Manager, and Mariola Legierska, their General Manager, as its Access Champions.
Working alongside Dan Kelly, Creator and Principal of Savore, Domanski and Legierska will embed accessibility into how the business operates, ensuring it is considered through its people, its environments, and its decision making.

Founded in London by Dan Kelly, Savore brings a considered approach to workplace dining for businesses across the capital. The business is shaped by a clear belief that exceptional food and service begin with choices: about people, sourcing, and standards, applied consistently.
The business invests in its teams and fosters a culture where individuals are trusted with responsibility and creative freedom. This emphasis on people and belonging reflects the direction shared across Accessible Hospitality Alliance membership.
Commenting on her appointment, Domanski said: “I attended the recent Access Champions Collective meeting and met many like-minded people who share aha’s purpose: ‘a hospitality world that welcomes everyone.’ This resonates with Savore’s workplace culture. I look forward to collaborating with other Access Champions, compounding our collective knowledge and applying it.”

Legierska leads a busy, multi-site hospitality operation, working across fast-paced, people-focused environments.
Speaking of her appointment she said: “I’m passionate about team work, inclusion, and I take pride in supporting individuals with learning difficulties to gain valuable employment. Creating a safe, welcoming workplace where everyone feels valued and able to grow is at the heart of what I do.”
Denis Sheehan, Managing Director, Accessible Hospitality Alliance, welcomed the appointments: “Following Savore joining Accessible Hospitality Alliance membership, we are delighted to see not one, but two Access Champions appointed.
“I met Jules at the recent Access Champions Collective meeting and know how much accessibility means to her and to Savore’s culture. I look forward to working with Mariola, Jules, and the wider team at Savore in making our industry welcoming to all.”
Savore team members will be present at both aha Forum events taking place in London in 2026.
