Strategic communications and PR business, Susa Comms, has been confirmed as a partner of Accessible Hospitality Alliance and The aha Forum, a landmark event taking place next month dedicated to improving accessibility and inclusion across the hospitality industry.

The Accessible Hospitality Alliance, which brings together leading voices from across the many sectors of hospitality and catering to advocate for accessible employment, design, policy, and practice, will host their inaugural forum on 11 June The Urban Farmer Project, Shoe Lane, City of London.
The event will convene hospitality leaders and changemakers to spotlight accessibility as a commercial and cultural priority.

For Susa Comms, the partnership reflects a natural alignment between its core values and the Alliance’s purpose.
“At Susa Comms, we believe that good communication starts with inclusion,” said Piers Zangana, director of Susa Comms.
“The hospitality sector thrives on human connection, and that can only be achieved when every guest and every team member feels welcome and supported. Partnering with the Accessible Hospitality Alliance is not only an extension of the work we do – it’s a reflection of the kind of industry we want to help build.”
Susa Comms will provide strategic communications support for the forum and help drive visibility for the broader movement towards accessibility in hospitality.

Robin Sheppard, chair, Accessible Hospitality Alliance remarked on the partnership saying: “Having met Piers at a number of industry events over the years, I am delighted to now be working with him and the team at Susa to further advance our purpose of seeing a hospitality world that welcomes everyone.
“We are working with Piers and his team on a number of initiatives that will reflect the tone of our event for those that cannot attend to engage with and further understand our values.”
