The appointment reflects Foxhills’ recognition that accessibility is integral to commercial performance, colleague experience, and the quality of hospitality delivered to guests.

Tej Walia, Managing Director, Foxhills Club & Resort, said: “Accessibility needs a voice, ownership and visible leadership to truly progress. Appointing Emma as our Access Champion gives that commitment a clear direction within our business.

“Emma brings both professional expertise and personal passion to the role, helping us turn intention into action across our teams and guest experiences.

“This appointment is an important step in ensuring accessibility remains present, practical and embedded in how we operate, not as an initiative, but as a core part of who we are as a hospitality business.”

Charlotte Evans, Group Partnerships Director, Accessible Hospitality Alliance

Commenting on the appointment, Charlotte Evans, Group Partnerships Director at Accessible Hospitality Alliance, said: “I’m delighted by Emma’s appointment and look forward to working with her and the Foxhills team as they continue their accessibility journey, further enhancing their guest experience.”

Accessible Hospitality Alliance encourages operator members to appoint an Access Champion to help translate intent into action. Across the aha membership community, Access Champions play a key role in sharing experience and learning, helping businesses progress accessibility in ways that are practical, relevant, and sustainable.

The appointment of Emma Foster as Access Champion marks Foxhills Club & Resort’s next step in aligning accessibility with leadership, accountability, and long-term operational thinking.
