Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens has become the latest hospitality operator to join Accessible Hospitality Alliance membership.

The grand Victorian Grade II listed country house hotel, set within 66 acres of award-winning gardens and parkland near Hook in Hampshire, brings a distinctive combination of heritage, scale, and guest experience to the growing alliance of operators placing accessibility at the centre of business performance.
The hotel offers 113 individually designed bedrooms and suites, alongside a range of elegant public spaces including the walnut-panelled Great Hall. Its grounds, originally designed by renowned horticulturist Gertrude Jekyll, feature lakes, water features, Italian gardens and seasonal planting, and have been recognised as RHS Partner Garden of the Year.

As part of the Elite Hotels, Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens joins Accessible Hospitality Alliance at a point where accessibility is increasingly being recognised as integral to delivering exceptional guest experience, strengthening workforce inclusivity, and driving long-term commercial performance.
As part of membership, Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens will appoint an Access Champion who will attend The aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks, taking place in June at Barings, 20 Old Bailey, City of London.
Sam Aziz, General Manager, Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens said of his decision to join the alliance: “We are delighted to partner with the Accessible Hospitality Alliance and support its important work in promoting accessible hospitality.
“At Tylney Hall, we believe every guest should feel welcomed, valued and able to enjoy an exceptional experience, and this partnership reflects that commitment.”

Graham Copeman, Managing Director at Elite Hotels welcomed the decision of Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens to join Accessible Hospitality Alliance commenting: “We are proud to stand alongside the Accessible Hospitality Alliance in championing accessible hospitality.
“This partnership reflects our long-term commitment to creating welcoming environments across our hotels, where inclusivity, awareness and continuous improvement remain at the heart of what we do.”
Charlotte Evans, Group Partnerships Director, Accessible Hospitality Alliance welcomed Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens saying: “Membership of Accessible Hospitality Alliance signals intent.
“Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens brings both heritage and operational scale to a growing community of operators who recognise that accessibility is not an add-on / addition, it is central to how hospitality performs.

“By appointing an Access Champion and engaging directly in the forum, they are taking practical steps that translate commitment into action, and that is where real change begins.”
Accessible Hospitality Alliance brings together hospitality and catering operators with people who bring lived experience of disability, creating environments where insight leads directly to action.
Membership is exclusively for operators, each of whom appoints an Access Champion within their organisation to listen, connect, and ensure accessibility is represented where decisions are made.
Through shared learning and practical application, members align accessibility with core business strategy, enhancing guest experience, broadening workforce opportunity, and strengthening operational performance.
Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens’ membership reflects a continued expansion of Accessible Hospitality Alliance across a diverse range of hospitality environments, from urban hotels to destination-led country house properties, united by a shared ambition to create a hospitality world that welcomes everyone.
